In the big match-up of the night, round 2 goes to Webb City. The Cardinals pounded the ball inside & used their great interior passing to overcome a early deficit & beat Carl Junction 73-63. The Bulldogs kept coming & were within 4 with under 6 minutes left, but Webb just played a disciplined, smart game & held off the home team. Caleb Powell had 26 for the Cardinals. And in the latest rivalry game between Ozark & Nixa, the Tigers built a big lead then held on for a 60-57 decision over the Eagles.
