I can assure you that Logan wasn't overlooked, but he definitely is one of the very good players left out that I referred to. Class 3 boys was a loaded group this year. He is an excellent player, but I just thought others were more deserving. If only slightly in this case.

Just curious how Garrett Chapman from Blue Eye made the list and the Decker boy was overlooked. I watched them play and Chapman was not the most impressive player on the floor. Was this a misprint? We sure enjoyed watching Logan Decker play but we are even happier that we don't have to play against him anymore. He was a true leader. Just curious how he was left out.

I base it on all the games & film I've watched, statistics, game reports, and all the information I have available. I love Mollie, she's seems like the kind of player every coach would like to have, but I just think that looking at the whole picture, there are others better.

Just one man's opinion.

Thanks Tom. And you are correct. That is a kid that I missed. And a good example of why I do this. I'll make a spot for Clay.

I agree with Michael. It is a travesty. Mollie did work hard EVERY game. There were other sophomores who worked hard night after night and pulled the team together on SEVERAL occasions. One player chosen sat with injury half the season, as well as all of the conference games. Don't really understand what you base your decision on???????

Great job on the teams. However, a kid that deserves to be on this list and others - is Clay Crouch from Wheatland. Clay averaged almost 27 a game for a good Wheatland team. He finished one point behind Medley for Player of the Year in the PCL. I cant remember a kid scoring that many points and not getting all-state.

Osceola will also miss 4 outstanding seniors. 4 year starter, Miss Show-Me Basketball finalist, and McDonald's All-American nominee, Brooke Jurgensmeyer headlines this list. 2 year starters, Britney Colby and Shelby Moore, will be tough to replace inside. The gutsy spot up shooting from Olivia Jones also graduates this year. Congratulations on all you have accomplished over the past four years girls.

No big deal, but I'd include Taylor Triplett's name by Glendale. Chris Deines played well against Hillcrest, but didn't factor in any other games the whole season due to his injury.
