		<description>Yes, Joplin may be a stretch.  But I like what they have returning and that&#039;s more than we know about anyone else in the league.  Hillcrest has &lt;strong&gt;HUGE&lt;/strong&gt; potential with Starks coming in, Jenkins playing, and Green developing.  But I&#039;m not totally sold there.  Glendale is going to be one of those teams that no one will really want to play at the end of the year.  They&#039;ll make big strides as the year goes on.  And totally agree with you, two losses should still be enough to win this year.</description>

		<description>Joplin wins the OC? WOW! Okay. I&#039;ll go with Hillcrest once Trey Starks is allowed to play on Jan. 14th. They&#039;ve got three conference game before that date though. Rolla, Kickapoo, and Glendale. I don&#039;t think they&#039;ll have much of a problem with a very young Glendale squad, but Kickapoo &amp; Rolla might be rather tough. I think Starks, Green, Sade, and Jenkins will be enough to win the OC in a pretty weak year for the conference in boys basketball. I&#039;m going to say the conference champion(s) will have at least two defeats for the first time since 2002.</description>
