Forsyth moves to 18-0 on the year with a 10-1 victory over Ava. Dakota Smith leads the way at the plate going 3 for 4 with 3 doubles and 3 RBI, while Jon Reyes only allows 3 hits on the mound. In the battle of the Big 8s top teams, Cassville still only has 1 loss on the year after beating state-ranked Carl Junction 4-3 despite Zak Porath striking out 17 Wildcats. Aaron Jamieson drove in the winning run in the top of the 7th. And in soccer, Kickapoo downed Ozark to claim a possible top seed in districts.
