Bass Pro Tournament of Champions pairings

Pairings were announced this morning for the Jan 18-20 tournament at Hammons Student Center. This years event, the 24th, features Monsignor Pace of Opa Locka, Fla. the state’s winningest prep team in the last 10 years. They’re the defending state champs & have 4 state titles since 1996. Also playing this year is Helen Cox of Harvey, La. They feature Greg Monroe. A 6-10 forward who has signed with Georgetown. The Missouri representatives are all quality with the class 5 #1(St. Louis McClure North), #5(Kickapoo), & #8(Waynesville) teams.

- 5:00 PM - St. Louis McCluer North vs.Christ the King (Middle Village, N.Y.)
- 6:30 PM - Kickapoo vs. Monsignor Pace (Opa Locka, Fla.)
- 8:00 PM - Champaign (Ill.) Central vs. LeFlore (Mobile, Ala.)
- 9:30 PM - Waynesville vs. Helen Cox (Harvey, La.)
