Bass Pro Tournament of Champions update
By Joboo | January 16, 2008
As we’re just a couple days out from the opening tip, I thought I’d give everyone the latest update on where the participating teams stand. Should be a good entertaining tournament. Some strong individual talent. Missouri teams that are not just pushovers. LeFlore has to be the favorite, but I wouldn’t call them a lock. Christ the King & Monsignor Pace have pretty much only quality losses so they should be able to challenge. And I wouldn’t look past McClure North & Kickapoo either. Action tips off at Hammons Student Center Friday night & I’ll be posting updates throughout the weekend. Bass Pro also has a TofC website here with loads of historical information. Aaah. Memories of Alonzo Mourning. Enjoy.
