Friday district soccer report

Only one district game left to play in this area and it’s between those two great rivals, Glendale & Kickapoo.  It was just a week and half ago that they last met with the Chiefs coming out on top 2-1 thanks to an Ian Kennedy goal scored with about 12 minutes left.  Tonight, it was deja vu all over again as #2 seed Chiefs won 1-0 with Ian Kennedy getting the lone tally of the night in the 76th minute.  The Chiefs move on to face Carthage Tuesday at 6:30 at Cooper.

CLASS 3

District 11 at Cooper Soccer Complex, Springfield

  • #2 Kickapoo 1, #1 Glendale 0
    • Kickapoo: Ian Kennedy
