Joplin Globe all-area wrestling

The Joplin Post released their all-area wrestling team yesterday. They named co-coaches of the year and co-co-co-MVPs which was a bit odd, but it’s hard to argue with their choices. Monett’s Daryl Bradley was named on the coaches of the year after leading Monett to the Missouri class 2 state title in his 8th year. He shared the award with Grove (Ok) coach John Henry Ward. Two of Bradley’s wrestlers were part of the 4-way MVPs named. Kyle Meyer and Kellen Bounous, both with multiple state championships, shared the honor with Nevada’s Spenser Daniels & C.J. Napier of Columbus (Ks).
