Monday high school baseball season kicks off. Teams are practicing already, the weather seems to be cooperating, and we’re all ready to get outside. Here is a far from comprehensive, rather lengthy, overhead view of what to watch for in the coming season. If you know of a college signee that I might have (read did) miss, please feel free to email, or comment and I’ll add them to the list. PLAY BALL!

I want to thank you for always saying such encouraging things about my son, Logan Holthaus. He’s worked awfully hard and it’s nice to see someone put his name out there. Recently, he signed with Jefferson College in Hillsboro, MO, and was chosen to play this summer for the Rawlings Legends. We’ve also been getting a little interest from some Pro scouts who saw him throw (90mph) in St. Louis, in January. Thanks again. Judy Pulliam-Holthaus
Thanks for the kind words Judy. And that’s great for Logan. I’ll get him added to the college signees list right away. Good luck to him for his senior season.
Is David Gilley the player from Blue Eye anyone has ever heard of?
