National signing day hit with a great deal of anticipation in the Ozarks. A number of area football stars were anticipated to officially sign with division one programs and they didn’t disappoint. Strafford’s Tyler Evans with Oklahoma. Justin Britt of Lebanon, Mark Hill of Branson, and Alex Sanders of Glendale with Mizzou. And Webb City’s Jordan Graham signed with Oklahoma State.
But other sports had their moments too. Kickapoo and Glendale both sent two players onto division one soccer programs. Kickapoo’s Chris Tombridge is headed to Northwestern. While Ryan Moses will join Glendale’s Devon Newport at St. Louis. And the Falcon’s Graham Basecke will be an Indiana Hoosier next year. Sam Jones of Ozark will attend Kansas as part of the track and field team. As will be Webb City’s Kylie Jones at Mizzou.
