Bolivar took to the field in their class 2 matchup with Pembroke Hill which turned into a titanic contest. Kyle Slagle put the Liberators on top in the first half and they held the lead until the early in the second half. Then Pembroke’s Ryan Buck netted 2 goals within a minute of each other to take a 2-1 lead. Bolivar got the equalizer when a Pembroke defender misplayed a ball resulting in an own goal.
