2008 KTXR Ladies Classic final Day

Just as the first day, the area teams will be matched up with the visiting teams.  But this time for the trophies.  And there should be some tremendous games.  See you at Weiser Gym.

16th Annual KTXR Ladies Classic

  • 7th place – Rogers, AR 73, Central 57
    • Central: Myriah Hicks – 21 pts; Danielle Bennett – 11 pts, 11 rbs
    • Rogers: Amanda Gibbons – 16 pts, 13 rbs; Morgan Hook – 13 pts, 11 ast
  • 5th place – Notre Dame de Sion 65, Fair Grove 54
    • Fair Grove: Erin Gavin – 20 pts, Mollie Gavin – 17 pts
    • Notre Dame: Alexandra Keane – 19 pts

2008 KTXR Ladies Classic day 2

The Nixa Lady Eagles will try to bring home the title of the KTXR Ladies Classic as they dominate Kickapoo and win 52-31.  The Lady Chiefs were outrebounded by Nixa 40-15 as the Lady Eagles ruled the glass, the lane, and the game.  Nixa will need all the inside help they can get as they will face the height of the Midwest City Bombers in the final.  They claimed the spot opposite Nixa with a 50-34 win over Blue Springs.  In the other area matchup, Fair Grove used their balanced attack to take a 59-41 win over Central and advance to the 5th place game against Notre Dame de Sion.
